Can't Figure This Song Out!!?

Uhmm I'm pretty sure the chorus is "you can blame it on ___" that last word has 3 syllabals (sounds like delilah but i doubt thats it). It's sung by a guy and I'm pretty sure it's an oldie song. Ohh and the next line says something about chance. Please any help is great! Thanks!
