My husband is an E4 in the army. We have no kids. We're stationed in Ft Hood texas. BAH w/dep is $880. WHY does the LES show our BAH as $704??? Are spouses not dependents!? Is there any other explanation? If this is wrong can I do anything about it? Who do I call? Thanks so much.
