I got my ears pierced with a gun?

i got my ears pierced with the gun thing at the mall aand im trying to remve them and its likeimpossible the earsing are fake diamonds on front and roundish smooth ball on the back and i cant get a grip enuff to get them off i tried holding one side with pliers and pulling and the pliers slipped and the earing went in my ear a little. so im getting frustrated so anyone have any tips on how i can get these off? much appreciated. and yes i know the gun is not safe cause blunt trauma to the ear and not really sanitary .
