Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder leaking at window seals...?

My Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder '01 is leaking at window seals and I dont know what to do. I tried some of that sealant, that didnt work. I really dont know want to go to the dealership and pay those prices (about 400.00) and I cant find them on the internet anywhere! And its getting worse. Can anyone help? BTW vinegar gets that smell out if someone is having the same problem.
