Get a blueprint.... contact a manufacturer and tell them specifically what you want, then secure the amount of money they tell you its going to cost (good luck), come up with a name, contact landscape designers to design scenery, secure more money for landscape design, contact a construction company who will build the ride and landscape design once it becomes available, then test the ride and begin getting the brake pressure correct, and computer system/sensors ready to go. Put the finishing touches on the ride and landscape after doing a huge publicity run and then open it to the public after hiring ride operators.
