Riding draft or part draft horses is becoming more and more common. If you go to a reputable tack dealer, they should be able to help you. We bought a quarter horse/Belgian cross from an Amish community, and they usually have a leather smith that can make you a saddle and bridle. There are many saddlery's that make adjustable trees that use a type of Allen wrench to expand the width of the tree. Country Supply and State Line Tack both carry draft horse tack, and I have found it on E-Bay as well. Good hunting!!
