Im at wits end with b/fs continuous problems,money job and relationship?how much is too much?

im at the end of the line with my fellas probs.theres always something going wrong in his life?if he gets a job he either gets sacked for rudeness,personality clashes.his last job he was axed because he couldnt get a sub so in retaliation he refused to help the disabled boss into his wheelchair,claiming he could get injured?he sacked him as he was on trial!another job he held for a year he refused to stay late at a moments notice he was sacked too.he has had countless cars and never seems to have them for anytime before a)he loses his job and cant keep the car on the road. b)he runs them into the ground and they look like a skip! he hasnt even got a bank account because of a loan he couldnt pay back!he pays his wages into his ex,s bank.they have a kid but split 13yrs ago!far too involved it sickens me.as i speak he just borrowed the 2nd loan off hes ex,s mum to buy a car for work otherwise he will lose the new job he just got.we never seem to get off the ground.its been 4yr and i work.
