Dammit! Can somebody who knows guitars help me?

Okay, I own a hollowbody b, for all practical purposes it's like an Es-335 style. The nut fell off of the jack, and know the audio jack is inside the b. I can't really see inside, because of the small sound holes. How can i get it back out?
