MAJOR MIGRAINE....4th day, blurred vision right eye, is this normal? please help!?

hello, ive had a severe migraine that kept me down in bed for 72hrs. i experienced blurred vision right eye, a fluttering kind of activity in the right side of my right eye... the vision issue was troubling and extensive at the initial onset of the migraine ie.first 48hrs.... but the major vomiting, pain etc has decreased 50% thank god in the 3rd n 4th day as i kept the fluids up, slept, took 15mg percocet tabs ever 4hrs, and excedrin 2 tabs ev 6hrs. this is day 4 and i got on my feet and drove my car and did some normal routine things etc... im out of the woods i think but the fluttering vision issue in my right eye is still intermittent and onsets at varioius times! this is starting too worry me... anyone know if this is just normal migraine activity that lingers for days? what on earth causes the vision issues like that? am in in trouble here? ie. my doctor sucks, she doesnt return calls unless your owe her 10 bucks or some ****.... reaching her is like reaching the prez of the united states.... and she doesnt care lol.... very empathetic lady
