Why do some people pout their lips when they take photos?

They feel it is y. They want to make their lips look juicy and appealing, maybe to get some guys attention. Same reason why some girls take shots where their is seriously hanging out(You know how they bend forward and take a pic. Or the put the camera over your head technique).
